JoyStyle will accept your return of unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise by mail.

We will credit you for returns, accompanied by proof of purchase, received within 30-days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange.

Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

STARTING AN ONLINE RETURN
To start your returns/exchange process please use the Contact form.
Fill the Contact form as follows:

1. Enter your name, email and phone number(optional).
2. In the Comment section type in the following:
- Your order number and billing zip code.
- The product description and reason for return.

Repeat these steps for each item you’re returning or you may combine each item in Comment Section.
Review and verify the information entered, then click on the Send button to send us the email.
